along with others have said here (all great observations so far) i'd prioritize addressing the valvetrain. as these cars continue to age, i'm seeing more lifter failures. would be a good time as well to inspect springs and see what may need servicing. also focus on some proactive maintenance given the mileage (trans/diff fluids, etc) if that's something you decide to move on.
