Update: we r in Missouri about 150 miles to st louis. Kids have called it a night and both r asleep in the back seat. Thank goodness for blankets and pillows. I'm bought to crash myself and try to get some sleep so I can drive later for Eric. Hopefully when I wake up and post we will be LOTS closer.

The neighbors call it the Home Depot garage, but yes it is hugger orange! Everyone is in bed, but I just have to take one last ride before I go! I love this car! Our salesperson rocks! Thanks Becky!

Can't sleep in this stinking car. Just crossed into Illinois. For those of u who have their car here is something else to track.......us. Lol. 6 hours down only 13 more to go. Can someone tell me how comfortable the camaro seats are? R they as comfortable as a suburban, not as comfortable or more comfortable. Just wondering how our backsr gonna like us. Lol. We r trying to drive as much as possible there without stopping to sleep if possible but will spend a few days at niagra falls Canada and then stop more on the way home. Found a hotel for the kids that has a water park inside. We think they're really gonna like it. Anyway, gonna get caught up on posts. Will check in later.

so funny you said that...I was thinking that this morning before I got up...now we can spend the next few days tracking E and M...I don't want to alarm you but your going to hate those Camaro seats...I am a well lets just say a large or better yet heafty guy....the seats kinda wrap around me and honestly they feel like GM built them just for me...I don't wanna get out of the disgusting things.

..driver side or even the passenger side for that matter...I have to pry myself outta there...I friggin hate em...when I get near em I just wanna sink into em and drive and believe it or not now I'm getting so friggin lazzy I'd rather Margaret drive so I can just ride and grinn...thank god we got the automatic.....I can see that my work ethic is going to seriously diminish...there is no way I can work and drive at the same time so I guess I'm going to have to...WORK LESS..

oh the humannity....

Good morning and congrats to all who have their cars so far!

I have a question about rail delivery. Rail tracking says my car has been at Louisville, KY for 3 full days now. Very frustrating. However, the message also says that it is scheduled to be in Lawrenceville, GA at 6:15 AM on Friday morning. That is 24 hrs from now. I'm not sure that is possible unless it gets moving real soon here. My question is how accurate has the estimated time of arrival at final destination been for everyone else?

Louisville to Lawrenceville is 450 miles by car which means it must be at least 600 miles by train. The train would have to average 25 mph. I just don't know if that is possible.

I never had an ETA when I was calling. It took about a day and a half to get from Louisville to Lawrenceville for me.
