P069E/P080C
After limping home after my SC belt snapped, these 2 codes popped up. Can't put my car in reverse unless I jam it in its slot. Car will start, then die right away. I've read some threads stating it could be a fuse or wire. Any additional help would be great.

P069E is a request from the fuel pump module to turn on the mil. You will have to have a scanner that can read that module.
P080C is low voltage to the skip shift solenoid. It looks like fuse 14U (7.5amp) feeds both Fuel pump module and skip shift solenoid. But it also feeds a lot of other stuff also so I would expect even more codes if it is that fuse. Make sure you inspect the harness real well. |

There were actually multiple codes that's popped up. When I pulled over the side of the road, the plug that connects to the maf was removed. As soon as my belt snapped, service stabilitrac also came on. That's when I pulled over and removed the belt carnage.
Other codes that popped up, which I cleared. P0102- maf error P0141- o2 sensor error P0113- Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit

Not sure how the o2 figures in, but the rest makes sense. The maf/intake temperature are fed from that fuse so it probably shorted when it was damaged.

I had to drive 20 min with the SC not pushing air. If it is the fuse, will the cell autocorrect itself, especially with the fuel module? Would I need the tech 2 obd2 scanner, or any scanner would work to clear the cel?

Probably can just disconnect the battery and clear the codes. If not, it doesn't have to be the tech2, but it will take a somewhat higher end scanner to talk to the Fuel pump module.

7.5 fuse was popped. Just waiting on my replacement belt to start it. Hopefully that's it.

Spoke to soon. Car did start with the fuse, but car won't go into reverse. Also showing P2534... could just be the car has been sitting for 4 days on a tender.
Progress in the right direction.

After praying to the car gods, and bashing my hands on the steering wheel, everything checked out. No codes/reverse works..... just need the belt to come in.
