Nice Danial.

I did some work on my stripes tonight. I’ve been working on ceramic coating the car over the last few nights… in a motel parking lot of all places… some troglodyte not named Aqua Blue RS/SS, waxed the black stripes before I bought it and they’ve looked like crap the entire time I’ve owned it. I’ve got another set of stripes but waiting for the right place to install them. At this point I figured how bad could ceramic coat screw them up… it turns out they actually came to life.

Wow! What a difference that makes! I really need to do that with my 2015. It looks good after a wash, but that ceramic coating is a different world.

It really is. It blew me away how much of a difference it made on my car, and that’s even with ~5,000 mile climate controlled storage paint for 99% of its life.

ceramic coating saved my synergy paint and stripes...it as well worth it as i had a pro mine and it was best money i spent.....

And… a more traditional rando… showing of that ceramic coat…


Unfortunately I have to tame my camera settings down to get the pictures to post so they are no where close to as nice as it looks in person.

Yeah, it looks better than I had expected, TBH. I looked at a lot of Camaros with wings and ton of different wings on Amazon and elsewhere and was the only one that matched the shape of the louvers so I ran with it.

She is of course, ecstatic over it...grin! It definitely changed the vibe of the car for sure.
