Yeah it's $2800 for the AC evaporator to be replaced. I had them install my new aluminum blend door while they were in there. I only paid for the heater core and they installed it free of charge. So with taxes and all yeah that was what it amounted to. A few years back it was 1k less for the install based on some feedback and info from others on the site. I can say that I am happy with the outcome, plus I have a two year warranty on parts and the work done to it. I'm just glad it's done with!

Windshield has to come out FYI on a job such as this. No one will touch it since HUD winshields are no longer made for this Gen.
