Radiator Cap Issue

Anyone have a solution to this? This has happened twice now when I go to check my level. It isn't "broken" as I can snap it back in place and it functions as normal. Why is it soooo tight on the radiator? Even my 1LE cap is super tight but I haven't had it come apart. Thanks!

Maybe a new cap and some silicone grease?

Why are you checking radiator so often?

I can try that.
I try to check it at least once a year. Especially when I bring it out for the season
