Trans Temp Gauge Not Working

My trans temp gauge in my four pack cluster is not registering. When the car is started it performs the sweep gauge ceremony, but then doesn't register a temp the needle just lays all the way to the left. All the other gauges are working correctly and there are no loose connections. Thinking it's where the connection is on the transmission or a bad sensor. Anyone have any experience with this?

Mine is doing this. Did you get yours to work?

Hate to wake up such an old thread but this is now happening to me. Has anyone figured out why the Transmission Temperature would stop reporting to the 4-pack gauge cluster on a 2010 2SS M6 when all of the other parameters (Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Battery Voltage) are working fine? The transmission temperature definitely used to work before and changing the sensor didn't fix it.

Broken wire?
Any way to check continuity on the wire from the sensor to the gauge?
