Used BC coilovers be series vs springs only

Anyone have experience with the BC coilovers? I’m stuck between a good deal on used BC coilovers vs changing springs only ie BMR. H&R or Eibach. I like the factory and would like to keep that, I do like the adjustments on the BC as i do bracket race the car. Any input would be great with experience going either route or from one to the other. Thanks

BC and BMR are probably the two most popular brands of coilover for 5th gen. Most everyone I've seen likes them both. The one point I hear periodically is the BMR requires you to drill a hole above them to make adjustment accessible in the trunk where BMR has a bit different design. Personally, I'd go coilover in general, especially if you're gonna part time race and want different characteristics at race time.

I misspoke. BC is the one that requires drilling hole.
