With a 417, the car shouldn't feel sluggish anywhere unless you seriously over turbo it.
It isn't sluggish currently, I'm just keeping an eye out for something that can provide more power if the right opportunity comes along. There is a pair of 68/68's I've come across, but I think they may be too big physically (I have a G8, not a Camaro) and/or feel sluggish down low.
I also currently run the GT9 cam, which is OK, but if I change the turbos I'd like to get a cam that is spec'd to work with them and perhaps get a converter to match the combo.

People don't realize how good the GT9 cam is, specially for such a mild manner cam and for Turbos. The exhaust lobe makes all the difference. Boost will go in regardless and if you have proper IAT you do not need 230++ Intake duration and gobs of overlap to achieve proper turbo operation. Plus for a street car its like having your cake and eating it too.
