Code P1400

I am getting a P1400 code on start up, maybe 1 in 20 cold starts. It clears and does't come back on. It does not seem to affect how it runs. It is non factory tune. Kooks short headers, Z28 intake, LS7 swap. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Probably should be turned off in the tune for something that different from stock, although "drives: Camaro LS7" is less than clear on what you are actually dealing with.

P1400 Pertains to the cold Start Emission Reduction Control System, This strategy is to reduce the time to get the catalytic converter to operating temp. During a cold start, the engine spark timing is altered to allow the catalyst to warm quickly. Like gtstorey is saying I think you should look at the tune first. GL
