when I installed my aftermarket long tube headers, I was not able to take off one of the 02 sensors (downstream) from the stock exhaust manifold. so i went running to the nearest shop to buy and they had only the one I needed in stock so i replaced only one 02 sensor. Ive been driving the car for less that 1000 miles and i got a check engine code P2099 "Post cat. fuel trim system too rich bank 2" so I decided I should replace all the other 3 remaining 02 sensors. But my dad is telling me I should change the 4 sensors at the same time, now he made me doubt. does that make sense? I dont want to replace the other 02 sensor that is practically new. what do you guys think?

The rear O2 sensors function is to monitor the catalytic converter. Since you installed long tube headers I assume you installed aftermarket converters or have eliminated them all together. Replacing the O2 won't help. The rear O2 has nothing to do with drivability, you need to disable them with a programing tool. Some people have had success using spark plug anti-foul adaptors or O2 sensor eliminators instead. Unless you have high milage I wouldn't change any of your o2 sensors, and its a waste on money to change either of the rears.

Nothing wrong with the sensors so don't replace them.

With long tube headers, you will keep getting that code until you get a tune and tune them out.
