Faded center console solutions

Im sure many of you have the same problem with the gray center console. It gets really faded and has spots that make it look really old and bad. Is there a good product to fix this? Maybe a replacement kit or have you tried doing a wrap? All the ebay replacement consoles look faded too. I dont understand how to make it look good.all the trim around the screen and around the AC controls and the shift lever seems to be impossible to restore. Got any ideas? I attached a picture i found on googl tto show the interior that i have.

Can't help with scratches or damge but if you want it black and shiny then Cerakote Trim Coat is the best back to black stuff I've found.

Does take a day to set up tho.

I had the same issue. I got a leather wrap set from redlinegoods.com.
They can customize both leather color and stitch color.
Had it installed for quite a while and still looks great. Just a little leather conditioner once in a while and you're good to go.

Or you can do what I did, buy a cover trim piece for it.

I got the RedLine products for my car but haven't installed yet.

Awesome! It really completed the carbon look on my interior, along with the RJT pieces I left alone.

Looks good! What about the shift indicator letterings that light up? Do you have that on there still or was it covered?

I have this cover from Carbon Addons... And the letters are open and you can see them, if you look at my first pic I posted, you can see the opening for the letters, one of my friends ordered one off ebay, the Chinese one, and it covered the letters, he wasn't happy.

I'm sure you'll all pile on, but a simple application of a Meguires product or even Armor All will bring back the black. I used to use both all the time. Worked great for me. Although, for full disclosure, I don't use any chemicals in my cars any more and haven't for years. Damp cloth is it.

I bought a gallon of tire shine years ago and am still using it inside and out, but I did put in the leather overlays from RedLine just because I prefer the leather to plastic. The downside to the leather is it makes the lower console cover inserts harder to seat and stay seated.

Although I'm not a carbon fiber guy, you have the most beautiful console in this site!

I'm not sure but the reason why I stopped putting any chemicals on the surfaces inside my cars is because several years ago, I started getting weird
allergic reactions on my skin. After going over things with the doc, she suggested not using any sort of chemicals on surfaces that I touch or lay my arms on. So I don't use leather cleaners on my furniture, surface cleaners on my desks or stuff inside my car.
