That's exactly what I did when my trunk was malfunctioning. I used it for nearly a year before I finally got around to getting it properly fixed. Nothing wrong with that.

+1!!! And yeah, gotta side with JEWLDSSRS when it comes to the lowering opinion. Evidence presented is your above side pic. The fender to tire gaps are darn near perfect. If you drop it down those will definitely change. And that will bring the front splitter down also. More chances to hit crap in the roadways.

Mine is 10 years old and beat up.

It's a ACS Composite. I had to buy a new one ($548 with satin paint) and I hit the darn curb and put a small crack in it. I could go to the body shop and have it sanded and painted but I just couldn't wait to put the new one on(it only took a year). I'm thinking about paying it forward so let me know if your interested. Thanks 1JEWLDSSRS. I know I keep saying I'm getting those Katzkins but every time I look, the house needs something i.e. roof, entrance steps, fence for the new dog. I spoke to the sales girl and she is holding the price for me(which ain't cheap) but I'm really getting impatient.

ariZona28, you hit it on the head along with JEWLDSSRS, I'll keep the stance because hitting the splitter on the curb cost me another $548 in the first place. Thanks for the compliments guys
