Took a nice drive today. Quick wash. Filled up. Now making room the garage before the snow starts to fall.

I have the same cover, Its a GM Cover it is a nice cover and worth the money, It does collect dust on the outer shell and it doesn't just blow off like my Outdoor Wolf cover I have for my 3Rd Gen ( Stored inside ).
I see your a Cat guy , I am down to 2 Prcross sleds, winters have been mild here in NY ( Honestly not complaining ). Most of mine are D&D Package sleds built by me.

Been riding Cats since 1970. Last year was rough winter here. No Snow anywhere.

Made the decision to sell off the Mountain Sleds, the Crossover and the Trailer. Keeping the Cross Country Sled in case I get the itch.

Got mine out last weekend and put about 60 miles on it. Didn't do any racing this year due to several factors, but hope to get started again in the spring. Nothing that new tires won't cure!

I purchased a car capsule this year. I usually put a battery tender on the car; but in a few weeks when I plan to inflate the bubble around the car I don’t believe there will be an opening for this to occur.
I’m not sure if the battery will keep a charge for a few months or if I’m better off disconnecting it? Any of you use the car capsule and what do you do?

My suggestion would be to disconnect it, it will hold a charge longer than being hooked up with all the electronics drawing on it, and if you do this, after however months it sits, you will still have to charge it before you start the car as it will lose some of it's charge. Or, you can take it out of the car, put it in your garage on a bench, or piece of wood and hook the battery tender up to it to keep it fully charged.

I would pull the battery from the car. But I would expect anything designed for long term vehicle storage to have provisions for a getting a charger into it.

A friend of mine bought this one and it has a spot to hook his battery tender into. I really like it but they are not cheap.

Good news! I reached out to them and guess what - there’s a small hole at the bottom for the battery tender cord.

Time for all you Z/28 owners to get your rides out and on the road

They are a sight for sore eyes from all the compact SUV's and pick-up trucks
