E Brake issue
My E-Brake handle does not stay up. Seems it still engages if I hold it manually but has no clicks as I lift and won’t stay in any position. Guessing not a snapped cable as it still has nagged the brake as I lift it.

The mechanism itself has been known to break. You will have to take the console apart and take a look. There have been some write ups on it with possible repairs.

So took off the side panel that covers the ebrake and the little gear piece with the teeth on it is just extremely lose and flopping around. Not sure if it’s broken or can be placed back into place, but hard to see behind the assembly. Not sure why the first pic is upside down.
