Back from SEMA, what an awesome time. Lots and lots of sweet cars.

Speed, It was really awesome meeting you guys and hanging out. Your cousin is a riot had me laughing every 5 minutes. Tell your brother thank you for totin' us around.

Gosh speed I didn't notice all those girls at the booths, I don't know how I missed them!!!!!

Windy, Ordered my lift at the show. It's currently on back order until January.

Hi Stratman,
Welcome to our little Group! We have a pretty good time in this thread, if you havn't noticed!

Have you put some miles on your car before sending it to LPE?
Mine went under the LPE knife when it was still a virgin.. I never drove it before the transformation - It was shipped directly there.

Hopefully you can take it for a short drive before storing it all winter.. The Camaro really is amazing once LPE gets done with the upgrade. You are going to love it!

Man SEMA in Vegas......it would take me a week to recover. Might be able to sneak in a weekend at the Enchore about March or so. No after all of this work it might just have to be three days. They have a Farrari dealership in the hotel actually charge people to go in and check it out. Good thing the pit boss got me in there is no way I will pay to see any car dealership.
Hey RS did the clicking guys drive you nuts? They are a good reason to take a cab, that and the half mile long hotels.

570 RS is here and quite worn out from all those "Cars" and stuff, but he says the GFX from Lingenfelter are awesome!! He also really liked a spoiler he saw from Unrestricted Motorsports. I'm sure he will post pics tomorrow. Great tires out from Nitto. I really like the forgeline stuff and he brought so many other wheel brochures home. We will have to sift through all the stuff tomorrow and then post up with pics!!!

Thanks for the info 2010.. Glad RS had a good time with Speed at the SEMA show..

I know they will share the info with us about any good stuff.

Although RS's and Speed's version of Tires are apparently different...

I have been thinking about buying an old 68-69 to park next to my 2010. I found this one on ebay and the color is close to matching my new one. Check it out. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Mine used to get along great, but I have a feeling when the '10 comes home with LPE fender badges the '69 will get jealous. These female cars get like that sometimes the '69 is an all polished engine but no blower. May just have to do some more work on the '69 to smooth things out.

In these tough economic times I think the good deals are going to get alot more plentiful. Hence my motto..Make it while you can..then save it for better toys.

570, As far as tires go I don't have a different opinion than speed on the nitto's. I think we are just passing on what we have learned. LOL...

Basically there are three tires that will fit our needs depending on what you want to do. The NT01 would be a road course specific radial while the NT555R would be A drag radial geared for the 1/4. Both of these tires would not wear well on the street but would be great for their specific intentions and would be better in a rim tire swap out for the application.

The way I understand it the NTO5R could be used in daily driving applications with better performance tracking and 1/4 mile than our pirelli's. So it would be a all around tire that one could use daily as well as occasional race apps. Wont wear as well as the pirelli's on the street and wont perform as good as the NT01 or the NT555R, but a good all around tire.

We had a great time as well. My cousin is usually all "business" at his shop, so when he can get away for a few days, he sure does like to let go a little bit.

I didn't notice the booth girls either, I was trying to get a picture of the cars and they just seemed to pop in - or out

Congrats on ordering the lift as well. That will be a nice thing to have.

Here are a few pictures of the LPE cars and some new badges that I Really Liked. They also had the head rests embroidered with an L28 along with L28 badges and new Lingenfelter badges and logos. I am talking to Ryan already and will follow up with him on Monday, as I need to order some LPE floormats. I think he said the GFX will be available in Dec sometime. I am thinking about having my cousin ghost in the new LPE emblem on my hood, I thought it looked pretty cool. The silver car was the 427 with the Maggie - pretty sweet!!!

Here are the 2 rear spoilers that I liked as well. RS may have some better pictures, as I was taking pictures with my video camera. Hopefully he has some better shots that shows different angles as well. Here is the Street Scene spoiler and the Unrestricted Motorsports spoiler.
