Koni shocks/BMR springs vs Pedders coilovers

Assuming I want to drop about 1", which combo do we think would yield a more composed/comfortable ride for just cruising around yet handle well if I only occasionally want to play on track? It seems to me pricing for all together isn't vastly different. I like the idea of the adjustability with coilovers, but wonder if it's worth it and if the shock/spring combo is simpler to get good ride while still handling better than OEM.

Note, I'm replacing other stuff like cradle bushings, sways, end links, etcetera.

I went with coil-overs as it also in addition to other advantages, allows for corner weighting. At the speeds I was driving, and the power levels I was pushing, I wanted as much 4 wheel contact as I could manage, even in a straight line.... We did alignments for racing, with corner weighting, and then "un-aligned" it after the racing... She was way to twitchy on the streets.... We added camber for street driving, and stood them up as close to perfectly straight as we could for racing...

I got BC Racing coilovers. I haven't installed them yet, but I had them on my Civic Si 10th gen and I loved them. I plan on doing weekend autocross days but mostly street.

I bought BMR springs / Koni setup. Plus front and rear sway-bars.
Not installed yet, but everything looks great.
Engine and smog stuff first.

Not much help sorry.

I would go for the Peddars Coilovers. Endless customization regarding ride, quality, height, and spring weight. I have yet to hear anyone complain about Peddars equipment.

Myself, I am running Megan Racing coilovers (6 yrs old now). They ride nice, lowered 1.5 inches. Apparently they are made in the same factory as the regular BC Racing coilovers and are identical in design. I also have front/rear BMR sway bars and end links, BMR LCAs, trailing arms, adjustable spherical toe rods , and cradle bushings waiting to be installed. It's going to ride like a whole new car...I hope.

The coilovers made a MASSIVE difference to how my car handles and rides, for the better. I was expecting a difference, but it was much larger than I figured. Only Issue I had was that I lowered it so much that I could not get the rear camber dialed in as much as I had hoped, but it's barely noticeable. But that will be solved with the new LCAs and adjustable toe rods. It can also be solved with rear camber bolt kits if you decided to keep the rear stock.

I have Koni Orange struts with DSE 1.5" lowering springs. DSE is great! Couldn't be happier. I also upgraded my sway bars as well as some other suspension components.
