To LCA or not to LCA... and toe
So, i'm doing cradle bushings and coilovers. I've already done diff bushings (regular BMR, not offset). I'm debating doing LCA and toe at the same time as the cradle bushings. Here's the concerns...
One, if I do BMR LCA's and toe's, it says they LCA's are not compatible with stock sway end links. True? Because then I'm screwing with new end links as well and maybe sway bar just to be all FE4. And cost keeps going up trying to keep everything matching up. Two, is this likely to add to NVH. I'm planning on lowering 1"-1.25" and get that the shorter LCA's and adjustable toes will fix camber and such. But I also don't want to introduce much NVH as this is still a street car. |

The other option I'm slightly considering as it's far cheaper and shouldn't add to LVH... New GM LCA's and camber bolts to correct from lowering.
Anyone have any real world opinions on better route and why? |

No issues with NVH at all with what your doing so far, I’ve went then Detroit Speed Engineering rear end parts with AFE sub frame aluminum bushings, Z28 Upper control bushings a JPS 32mm solid rear bar, BMR 1” drop springs and I have no issues but I’m not running diff bushings that where your noise will come from.

Made my decision. Ordered too damned much stuff. Now I have a project on my hands...
Pedders coilovers. BMR cradle bushings (already had fresh diff) BMR LCA's BMR rear toe BMR end links. That's enough for this round. It's endless, boys. |

My advice would be to get the adjustable BMR lower control arms along with Adjustable toe rods. I didn't get the adjustable LCA and I could not get the alignment to the Specs posted all around this forum without them even with adjustable camber bolts. NVH is very lower but I have not installed the offset Diff bushings yet. If you have the old style sway bar links then you may have to change although I think BMR has them set for both styles.

We couldn't get my specs, being lowered without Adjustable LCA, my car is a low mileage one owner so it wasn't from being wrecked, I could get the factory alignment specs without issue but I went with ones listed on the forums from a post chart here. I did finally get it and the car rides and handles great.

I am on my phone so I don't have the chart handy, but really depends on what you want to do with the car and the way it handles, alignment can drastically change the way the car feels and handles from good to bad and of course tire wear. With the specs I use tire wear is great and handling is as well. Steering is tight and the car is planted and steady . I believe if you search JPSS or something similar it'll pop up. I used aggressive/ performance street I believe. I would recommend them especially if you are beefing up the suspension. Also make sure to choose a shop that can handle a performance alignment.

Found it.
I wonder if you can hit some of those front cambers without coilover camber plates? Aggressive street is probably as far as I'd want to go for now. |

Aggressive street is my recommendation.
