I am thinking of replacing my valve covers, I am not sure if I want to do a coil relocation or not.

What is a good brand that is a direct swap, Correct PVC set ( I do have a catch can ) what color do you think I should go with, My car is Ashen Grey , with Matte Black add ons. I was thinking of going Black but I am open to other colors or having them painted.

I did Holley tall on my 1LE. In matte black. I like the cleaner look. I'll be going with Katech on the Z/28. They are priced way more, but they look fantastic. And with that, I'll do the coil relocation.

I did the Holley tall's as well, had them powder coated to match my LOD intake manifold. Even with the coils on them still, looks nice and clean.

I went Holley as well & mounted the coils on the brace not for looks but accessibility. If I need to tear down in a hurry it's 4 bolts, 2 harness plugs & pop the boots off the plugs.

us lsa guys dont have many options so i powder coated the stock valve covers to match my bronze rims and blower lid

With the Tall Holley covers do I need different plug wires? Currently running GPI Wires.

No sir, stock or aftermarket will be just fine. I'm running the Taylor 409's in my setup. The tall valve covers are only about 1/2 inch taller than stock.. Not much, but enough to see it.

Yes sir! Those be the ones! I just went and checked the box for the part number on the ones I bought, and they were 241-113, which are the red satin ones, 112 are the black ones. You're good!! And I guessed the difference in height over the stock correct at 1/2 inch, they are 0.54 taller than stock!! lol.

Yes you were spot on, SO as I was looking at pictures I came across some post talking about oil issue when switching to these, Some say that was with earlier valve covers. Any issues currently? I have a moroso catch can, will I have to reroute or add anything? Or is this a direct swap?

I had a real issue with oil transfer to my catch can with these valve covers but it was due to the amount of vacuum my Whipple was generating. I ended up purchasing and working with Mighty Mouse catch cans to get it under control.
