Can anyone tell me if they know who has the bright lime green 2010 Camaro in Omaha? I saw this car about a month or two ago and a friend of mine saw it yesterday in the old market area of Omaha. I thought it looked really cool. I don't think I would park it in my garage but I like the look of it driving down the street.

I started storing mine in october and i won't touch it till april, i did this because i am deployed. Yes, that is 7 months without touching the car. I didn't use a trickle charger, but you can if you wish, I also didn't use jackstands, i inflated the tires properly and let it sit.

You can refer to my post if you wish a few pages back. I have every step covered if you wish to follow it.

Nothing scheduled that I'm aware of, I just checked my car club newsletter and no mention there either. Looks as if it is gradually getting a little colder every week. Wave if you see me this winter, the Ruby Jewel has her snow boots all installed, and we will be out and about!

I haven't gotten flat spots yet, if you are worried, then u can use the stands, it's up to you.

Idk about the charger, i just take out my battery and charge it at autozone in the spring.

I'll take a look at the chargers we use on the showroom floor and i'll pm you the brand and where to find them. We use them year round because when people get in to try out the power seats or power doors it can run the battery down pretty quick. So about two years ago we went with these trickle chargers to keep the batteries up. Works great and they only come on when the battery gets below 12.6 volts. Just park your car near a power outlet, plug it in and see you next spring. And if we happen to get some nice weather unexpectedly in the middle of winter you can hop in and go.

What do you think of my license plate bracket? Does it look okay where it is? I went to the DYI post on this forum and modified what someone already had done and it doesn't require any drilling and you can use the bracket that came with the car.

Car looks awesome with or without the bracket. Did you get stopped for not having one? I'm leaving mine off until I get a fix it ticket. I've met some cops and they just keep driving........so far anyway. But I only have 700 miles on her so far.
