Camaro V6 3.6l Mods

Whats the mods you did to have 300 rwhp without spending extra money

say i had a
CAI
ARH Downpipes
and a terraria Tune
like this guy got 300 wheel

when dose it become unnecessary for parts like would i need a
Extendolator - LFX Intake manifold spacer
or will it start doing the opposite for power adding when you do lets say just a ported intake manifold also? i seen with the 80mm and 72mm ported the torque and hp gains realized are the same what's the difference besides the 80mm needing a tune dose it make the exhaust note deeper??? also should i just get the gains realized from the Laminator FX - Laminar Flow Mod since i might not even get the top end of whats the ported intake manifold? is mace cams worth doing with their timing chain kit will i add more than 300 rwhp??? i also would like to know once it gets to that point should i put in a zl1 fuel pump with ats-v fuel injectors ??? and get a rear diff from what i heard you can get a manual ss LSD diff like a 3.45 ratio with the axles and hubs and it will still lock on the splins of your drive shaft then it will just need a tune

i just know it would have to get dyno tuned for cams so im trying to figure out if i should go o2 sensor spacer on the second one's to not throw a code even tho my state has no testings and a 72mm ported throttle body so i wont have to tune till i get mace cams and timing chain kit put in and have them use hp tuners to run it on the street or something

I got a quote in wilminton NC from national speed that the installation of the mace cams timing chain and springs is 2000 and 800 for dyno and 100 for the hp tuners so 3k then i got to buy all that for around 1728 so im looking at 4728 dollars if i add more mods a retune would cost me another 400 all this is going on my credit card at this very moment

Good morning. Everything I've done to my 2013 v6 lfx engine has it up to almost 300. I haven't had it on the dyno, but the Torque app puts it at about 295.

K&N cold air intake with heat shielding on the box

Air scoop (directs air from bottom of bumper up toward intake)

Trifecta Tune (the premium version has unlimited retunes)

76mm ported throttle body (tried the 80, and even with re- tune the codes and went into limp mode)

Ported intake manifold

Jacfab intake spacers

Brisk racing spark plugs

Hi flow cats

Kax exhaust Non crossover exhaust pipes leading to borla touring axle back exhaust

Amsoil differential oil

All that was about $2950 total. I did all the work myself, except welding the borla to the kax exhaust pipes.

If your plan is to take it to the track days, I'd recommend some suspension upgrades like coilovers, sway bars, and tower brace. That would be about another $2000 if you do the work yourself. It's doable even if you're not a professional.

Good luck!

I've done a few install videos on these. @indianmack7181 on YouTube

All that sounds great. I will check out the you tube stuff.
I wonder why the 80mm TB didn't work?
I have a 76mm TB to install.
Thanks for the info.

It seemed the 80mm was pouring to much air for the computer to accommodate for even with the updated tune from trifecta. Your mileage may vary though of you wanna try.
