Looks a lot better without or probably with the original style...
I like my original io-stripes. They have a nice shine in the sunlight.

I thought about pace car style stripes on my convertible ss. Its black, so silver or matte would be the choice. The attached pics are ones I pulled off the web for ideas.
I figure a vinyl kit isn't expensive and can always be removed later if I change my mind. |

Thanks guys! I saw one of these pro mods the other day when I was watching the NHRA races where his car was the RJT color, but the hood was gloss black with the stripes on the hood RJT with the gold trim, that looked cool too. Just wanting to change her up a bit, something new and different. You know with modding, we're NEVER done!! lol.

I’ll throw in my stripes lol IMHO this is how GM should’ve done the stripes on a SS model, the stripes that are narrower and end before the front fascia should’ve been the stripes for an RS V6.
