Passenger turn signal flashing fast

My passenger side turn signal started to flash faster than normal. Front and rear turn signal bulbs are still working, and the bulbs are normal bulbs.

Likely the signal flasher is going bad. I guess it could be a bad ground for the instrument panel too.

How the hazard lights work ?
These do not have signal flasher.

That's just a regular 5-pin relay.
