All pulley combo at that point. You're obviously not looking to run 18/20lbs of boost SBE. 12lbs should be more than safe, especially if you run E or meth.

No plan for E or meth, I have research quite a bit and safe PSI is all over the place. Ultimately I'll most likely end up going with pulley combo my tuner is comfortable with, I think I'd like to be in the 8 to 10 PSI range. I really am not sure what a realistic HP goal is with a mid range cam and SC with supporting mods.

stock pulley setup is 8lb of boost. 8" lower and 3" upper. i think a safe boost range for a ls3 is 10lbs

FWIW, I didn't benefit from the larger throttle body until I was well over 700 whp. I had a stock LS3 TB that I ported myself up until that time.

That's good to know, I have read a bunch of different thoughts on it. I am just trying to plan and do things right and not have to back and forth for tuning.

Definitely try to get the "while you're at it" done at the same time. The only problem is every time you want more, it's another tune...

In my case with the throttle body, I didn't hit the number I was expecting with my mods and wondered if the TB was the limiting factor. Turns out it was and I picked up like 40 whp on that alone.

Also, I highly recommend going flex fuel for 93 and E85, boosted engines really like E85.

E85 isn't easy to come by where I am so for now I'll have to pass on that I think.

Meth would be a good addition but im not really sure how that would work on a road course. I know 50/50 mix you get great cooling benefits.

Can just the snout be ported or the whole unit? I have tried calling Kong a few times and no one ever answers.
