Would anyone be able to take a picture of the 4 numbers on their Control Module by the passenger door?

I took it to a mechanic a few years ago and then my AC stopped working. I tried to diagnose it off and on. Then I bought another Control Module.

I'm starting to think he swapped out my original module. I'm not sure if what I'm seeing online is what I had originally.

Trying to figure out the OEM part number...not guess if it's the correct part number when ordering it.
