Good Morning,

Our pricing is here https://jannettyracing.com/products/...ation-services

What brand and size injectors do you have?

Have you added a voltage booster to your pump?

What pulley

I have HP Tuners

I have a wideband

The correct plugs for your application are NGK TR7IX

2015 Camaro SS LS3 1LE(has the ZL1 fuel pump)

Currently has a Magnuson 2300 heartbeat kit on it with headers and a Rototfab.

I want to put on a smaller blower pulley, should make around 600 wheel.

I have injectors and the BR7 EF plugs.

Let me know sir.

No voltage booster, per Magnuson the car should stay around 600 wheel which is about the limit for a ZL1 pump, it will only be run on 93 pump fuel. My ZL1 made 600 wheel on pump 93 with no issues.

Injectors-Fuel Injector Clinic 850

Pulley-Griptec 2.97

Per Magnuson " For every 5mm you shrink the pulley is 1 PSI of boost, for 1 PSI of boost we see between 15-20 rwhp."

I am shrinkin the pulley 20mm, which equals 4 PSI of boost(ish), car made 535 wheel SAE in it's current state( blower, headers, Rotofab) so IN THEORY it ahould make around 600 wheel with this pulley. Car currently makes 6 PSI of boost.

Parts I will change for this tune:

Plugs-NGK BR7EF
Blower pulley to 2.97
Injectors to FIC 850

My HP Tuners is the old style cable but has worked fine in the past.

If I buy credits through you how do I get them?

Would you rather talk via Email or PM?

We can discuss here if you like or you can call 203-753-7223 or you can email tedj@jannettyracing.com.

This is not a ZL-1 with 9:1 compression.

If this is an LS3 10.7:1 compression you are going to be limited to about 9 psi boost which will make around 560-580 this can be achieved with a 3.4 pulley.

If L99 you can run about 10 psi boost due to lower 10:1 compression which will net you 530 ish RWHP.

The 2.97 it too much for either engine and belt slip even with griptech will be a problem.

IAT will be a problem as well with this supercharger without further modification.

Did you see my note about correct plugs for your application, NGK TR7IX

Credits can be purchased through us, all we need is your serial number to apply them to your device, then you resync and they get added.

You will need 3 Credits, 2 for the ECM and 1 for the FSCM.

Ted.

Not worth the money Ted for that little gain, I will leave it as is.

When someone says Maggie my first thought is 2300 Jackshaft model.

Not a lot of Heartbeats out there, you are fortunate to have one.

535 RWHP sounds right for 6 psi with the Heartbeat you can move to 9 psi on pump 93 which will get you really close to 600 RWHP.

I assume this is an LS3 Manual trans car so 10 psi would put it on the edge of what 93 pump can handle.

Even with the 1LE fuel pump you will need to add a voltage booster.

3 more PSI can give you about 60-70 RWHP.

Also there is a lot more to performance tuning than the peak number, our cars are consistently faster and more spirited at same peak power levels than others.

Ted.

How true. It is not just Tuning to make a peak number. I found after my TJ tune my car not only made more power, but was much more drivable. I already had some serious power, so I was looking for the car to be more reliable, which it was not before the Tune. I wanted better starting, a smoother idle, and for it to perform like a Beast at both part throttle and under boost. So of course I wanted more HP and Torque, but not at the expense of sacrificing a car that performed well under all conditions, and not breaking parts in the process.
