I used the Adams Graphene two years ago, still going strong. My car doesn't see rain and is kept in a climate controlled shop though. I use the their Graphene quick detail after I every few washes and also use their Graphene car soap. I believe bits their advance line for these products. Your car looks good.

Oh wow she looks fantastic!! Nicely done sir!! Yeah I need to do mine again, it's been about 6 years since I did a full detail and wax with the buffer. Granted she still is very shiney, but I want some more protection for the paint. As it is now, if I get caught in any rain, which I try NOT to, but it happens, the water just blows right off by the time I get home, and zero spots still ! I love my Chemical Guys product.

Thank you. My wifes Camaro its still like the day i applied it. Super slick, glossy, so much depth in the paint. Her car hardly leaves the garage though. I havent really tried any of their ceramic infused stuff. I tried the original ceramic boost and that really turned me off to that infusion/upkeep. I was paroozing Adams the other day and noticed they had a graphene detail spray. Was thinking about giving that a try. I also used the Graphene soap but didnt seem like it did anything to help the coating. Im sure it did but I couldn't tell.

Thank you. The photos you post of your car, it always looks absolutely immaculate. The crystal red always looks so good.

I did the coating again solely because I noticed the soap from the foam cannon actually sticking to the car rather than a sliding right off. Some parts of the car naturally were worse than other parts. Its FL if you take your car out after 12pm you might might as well expect to get caught in the rain. Thats my favorite thing about a ceramic coating is how hard it is to get water spots.

The process this time was a fun one. I always get through claying and start to think why the hell am i doing this. By that time I'm almost 2 hours in and its spring time in FL so im drenched in sweat and its humid as hell. No different this time. After 20 years of living down here i still cant learn to do this during the winter time. This time I inadvertently broke the process up. The first day i did the wash and clay and removed all the rims and got them coated. Went to break my polishers out to start on the paint and the backing plates literally disintegrated. The rubber was so dry rotted the plate came off with the velcro back. I tried to get away with using a different polisher, the plate didnt seem as bad but after one panel the rubber turned into particles and flung everywhere. So had to wait until the next week when new plates came in. Then I polsihed the entire car. Sat for another few days and then I had some time to do the coating. Still have the interior to clean as well.

Thank you! I try to do my best with my old girl. Every person has some things about their car they see and hate but nobody else will probably notice. I have a lot of them.

Wow! You put quite the effort into this last detail job! Man, to have everything just fall apart and have to order new pads and such, and wait for them, I would have lost interest in the job. lol. I'm a patient guy because I love to fish, but dang that would have discouraged me even. Oh, and my Camaro's color is the Red Jewel Tintcoat. The Crystal Red came out in 2012-13, it was a Cadillac color. It is a lighter shade and has more gold flake in it. Here is a pic of my Camaro next to my friends 2013 ZL1 that is Crystal Red, his car is ceramic coated, mine Chemical Guys Cherry Wet Wax. Don't mind the thumb. lol.

Man that's a totally different color. Red Jewel is a much better color! I would like to see it next to Wild Cherry.

Yes sir, I agree, that's why I bought that color. Reminded me of my 72 Challenger that was Candy Brandywine color. The RJT is a much deeper metallic than the Crystal Red. Another cool color they came out with on the 2014-15 Camaros was the RRM, or Red Rock Metallic. Here's a pick of my friends 2014 SS just after a professional ceramic detail. Nice color, but he liked my RJT better he said. I liked it.

I feel like I appreciate the fishing reference... lots of my family (dad, brother, grandpa) and friends love to fish, but I do not seem to have the knack for some reason. I do believe it teaches patience, LOL! Congrats on raising some good kids. We have raised 3 daughters (all 18 or older now) and they are a joy as they have gotten older.

Love to share what I have, you're welcome! That pic was about the only time his Camaro looked that great, it was his daily driver, and he never had time to wash it all the time due to his busy job, he was a LEO.. We were going to a big show the next day, and he said he wanted his Camaro to look as good as mine, and he got it done!!
