color of negative coil pack wire?
I have done some research but i have not found a definitive answer so...
When you pull the sleeve back which color is the negative wire that sends the tach signal? I am installing a shift light is why i need to know. TIA NC

I used the purple wire next to the pink one. There is a thread or two on here somewhere that explains you can't use tach wire because it's a square wave and MSD sells a box to convert it for tach lights. I used that purple wire off the #1 coil and it worked for my NX controller. My guess is pink is the hot and black is the ground, but those did not work for me.
