Do you have to install every single upgrade for Works? That's kinda lame since some of the upgrades work against your performance stats...

No thanks but FYI...

67 has wing windows and if not an RS (with hide-a-way headlight) has round front turn signals.

68 does not have wing windows and if not RS had oblong front turn signals.

69 is a VERY different. No wings, different grille, different fenders and quaters.

If you saw a 67/68 next to a 69 you'd see a big difference.

67 and 68 is pretty subtle differencese, lots of interchangable parts.

Yes, every single options has to be paid for then the "works" options will open. It makes the car a lot better.

Darth_Emma, welcome! Hopefully you'll be able to order in time for spring.

I think we need to inform Fen whenever any of up plan to be in the OSU area so he can get his Camaro fix from a real car once in a while.

On a similar note, one of my daughter's classmates spotted a white Camaro in the teacher's parking lot at her high school. I saw it after I dropped her off today - white V6 (I think) w/black h/h stripes. Need to print up a sheet of C5 cards and put the kids up to leaving it on his car (I could tell it was a guy, that's all).

If anybody is interested in a 2010 Camaro from a dealer please call Kerry Chevrolet and ask for Willis. They have several SS as well as LT Camaros sitting on their showroom floor. They even have a couple that Fen could use, you know, 2SS/RS with ground effects and different wheels at about $44,000. I know I went to several dealers to look at Camaros and they usually weren't too interested in talking to me since I am only 27, and if they did take the time they wanted at least sticker or more. Willis just told me to make an offer and they would see how close they could come. The dealership itself is buying 5 or so Camaros at a time so they can get them in their showroom.

Awesome. I got mine way less than MSRP too back in August. I basically went in and told them that I won't pay anything more than GMS and they were like... ummm OK and thats what I paid. 2SS/RS manual with hood and hockey stripes GMS $33,315. MSRP was $36,915. I think I did OK. I missed the $500 thing though.

Yes, you do but, it seems as if it will be a pain in the butt to install if the tranny isnt lowered. Its way up on top. Don't accidently plug it into your reverse selonoid. It is the same plug and right there in your face as soon as you go under the car. If you plug it in here, you wont be able to go in reverse!

OK, so if it is easy to get to, it is the wrong one. Thanks for the heads up!

exactly! look on the drivers side of the tranny, up on top. You will see a group of wires in some split loom, tucked in behind there you can almost see the little blue cap. You have to reach up there, try and release the clip and pull it out then clip the jumper in. I can imagine it being pretty tough if the tranny were not lowered. Not that I recommend lowering the tranny to do it, I am sure it can be done without, just expect some access and visibility dificulties. The other clip is right there on the bottom left of the tranny plugged into the area by the shift linkage... unfortunaltly, thats not it!

(forgive my poor spelling, i was in a hurry!)

Spelling isn't important, just getting the right plug. Did you lower the trans to do yours?

Yeh, I'm am "at war" with Sweeney in Tri county. After 3 requests to NOT INSTALL FRONT PLATE BRACKET......The morning I picked her up ( of course my salesman was out sick) Their was a front bracket....four (4) holes drilled in my facia. This has not been resolved. I am taking any service issues to Mc Clusky <spck. Any one in SW Ohio looking to buy new, stay away from Sweeney. There service rep even stood there and after rolling his eyes and said " well thats hardly a $400.00 mistake. I was willing to settle if they paid for the car cover, they looked at me like I was asking for a kidney. Sooo it is my mission to make everyone aware of the un professional maner this dealer ship has treated me, an I am spreading the word. Don Scott, if you read this, it is just the beginning. I work hard for my money, I am a former Ranger (2/75th) and I will complete my mission. By the time I am finished, you could have bought 20 new bumpers and installed them....ten fold. jrhause76, just for the record, how would you have handled this idiot mistake. How would you feel with four (4) 1/4" holes drilled in your front end ?
