PS - I have programmed CSX into my speed dial, including pauses and #'s so I don't have to push any buttons!

If you are like me, with a VIN, but no sticker it's a cool way to validate a few things about "your" car through the VIN numbers.

Why is our 12th digit a 1? I know I am not the 164,281st car produced, I am the 64,281st car produced. Shouldn't we have a 0 in spot 12? If this has been discussed before, point me in the right direction.

Edit: As discussed in the post below, apparently if the 2010 Camaro made it to 100,000 units the 12th digit would increment to 2. Seems odd but I guess it's some sort of GM math.

Hmm...mine says "available to ship...shipped by truck." I sure hope not! It's a long way to Louisiana from Canada. :P

I found my VIN listed on that spasticsquirrel site. They say it really doesn't mean anything, but you can claim the vehicle with your username from here. It's pretty cool.

Has anyone else tried to find theirs? Mine didn't show up till the car shipped.

That's the same update that I got. I wonder if they are truck shipped to the rail yard?
