Anyone know of the TSB number about the "rice crispies" noise from the glove box/front vents?

i got that taken care of as well. sooo nice to not hear the coolant gushing around.

Did this TSB fix the Rice Krispy sound for good? I have it in my 2015 with 8000 miles on it. 2LT.
