Are you sure all the entries you put in the phone are correct? Unless it's still sitting at the original yard, there should be some status.

Try calling and doing everything manually.

The car initials is what threw me at first. I had to come here to get the right ones because I didn't understand the instructions. lol

Thanks for the responses. For some reason my Order number doesn't come up any more. I know they had some bugs but my VIN and order number never changed, the order number just went away. I also can't use it to log in anymore. Can everyone still log in using their order number?

Go figure ... Tried it again, not 5 minutes later with the same programmed number and got this ...

Car ETTX701486 Load, was pulled from customer location, Oshawa, Ontario on CN November 11th at 4:33pm. No ETA Available.

So that's good news ... Can't wait to get an ETA ...

They never give an ETA. The only info it gives it when it departed from somewhere and when it arrived. I never get an ETA for the next location. Does anyone else?

This is very odd. This bug killed my initial order number. Now apparently I have two cars, one with and order number an no VIN, and one with a VIN and no order number. I tried removing and adding my e-mail address but nothing updated.

Might try sending a PM to the Admin who posted the CamaroTracking thread or post a question to the modirator of the CamaroTracking forum and see if they can clear you out and reset your email address / order / VIN.

does any one else's rail car say ETA at "Industry" so and so time? mine keeps saying industry but i dont know wtf that is

edit* just checked and my tracking a few mins ago and its says my car is empty and released for movement!!!

Yea. I was kind of surprised to. It gave me an estimated date of arrival and an exact time. Maybe I should go to the rail yard and watch it pull in!

"At industry" is your rail station. This is where it will be unloaded and put onto a truck.
