I noticed you posted your message on March 14, 2008. How long did you have your G8 before you concluded that it was not sporty enough for you? I didn't realize people were taking delivery of their G8s so early in March.
And how exactly is it not sporty enough?

Also, remember that GM is targeting different market segments with the G8 and Camaro. They are not direct competitors.

It was a 5.3 LT1 but I figured if they had such a good deal going one could probably buy a dura for around 33,000. Ill be looking into the Allterain for me though as I don't need the Duramax power.

It's nice but it's more of a chick car, no offense. I think they tend to market the whole G line to females. It's been that way for a while.

But the G8's advertising is marketed directly to guys. It's pretty obvious, Hot Wheels cars? Spyhunter?
