i told skip that when we buy a house that i dont care if we sleep on the floor and are eating on paper plates, the first thing to get done is a in home gym.

It works! It just keeps your body changing up dioing different workouts all the time. Your body doesnt get used to the same thing, it will confuse your muscles. and thats when they really get toned.
