Just working (on lunch break now) and you know - living the dream -

Owe no you dont - With two kids - work - 45 minute drive each way I have a list of my own - I was hopping for a focus group to keep me pushing forward. I know I will flatten out as I work out at home alone most nights and mornings with my own set up..... I am going hard the first 2 months of my program and will coast for a month and then push again at the end. body just goes "what the hell you doing" But my mind is stronger right now so my body is paying for it.
But I can say it is getting better...back feels great and seeing progress so that is good. NO excuses??????

I hear ya. It's hard to keep a set schedule. I had a good work out and run on Monday as I was starting my intense training and then bam... I get a severe upper respiratory infection. So now I'm trying to get healthy so I can start back again... I turn 28 and then everything falls apart...sux gettin old lol

28!!!!!!! It does suck not being healthy though and trying to work out. I fought back problems years ago on and off but I think colds are the worst.
