And I'm going to feel short...GREAT! That's one thing I hate, is feeling short!! I was always the short kid growing up, then I hit high school and grew, and went from being a guard, to a forward in the matter of a year!!! I loved it....

i just got used to it
i was always the shortest guy in the class til high school - heck, i didn't even hit 5'0" til the end of 8th grade
graduated high school @ 5'5"
grew almost 4" in college

I think I am done growing...Since freshman year I don't think I have grown at all....actually since about soph/junior yr of high school I don't think I have grown....

oh sorry about that :( I had the opposite problem. I was 5'9 at 12. With my boots on I'll be over 6' for sure

I had a few friends like that too....

and playing basketball, I should NOT have been a forward, but the rest of the kids in my school were that much shorter!! but I prefer being a forward.... I like shooting the outside shots, but prefer the physical aspect of playing the post!
