Could you clarify what this means? Does it mean that LT/RS allocations are down by 20% to 80% or down to 20%.

I'll put words to what I think the restrictions mean and someone who knows can agree or correct.

The indicated percentage shows the portion of factory capacity that can be assembled for the subject option. For any given options or combinations, the percentage can range from 0% of capacity (not available at all) to 100% of capacity (available without restriction). So my interpretation of:

* 2010 Camaro 14-Dec-09 #799 &1ES37/1ET37 Camaro SS Models Not constrained this week*

is SS assembly could be 100% of factory capacity, and thus not constrained at all. Likewise, my interpretation of:

* 2010 Camaro 14-Dec-09 #800 &1EF37/1EH37&WRS LT Models and RS Package 20%* Supplier Restriction

is that the LT/RS combination could be up to 20% of factory capacity. So in very round numbers, if factory capacity is 2,000 units per week, 20% would give a maximum build of 400 LT/RSs for this week.

How close is this to what is really meant? Need some educated help here!

I want to get my SS/RS in January or Febuary so I can drive it in the good weather. How do I know GM isnt going to put contraints on it and then it will take longer to get

Only LT's w/ the Rally Sport pkg are on constraint.

BTW, 20% meaning 20% of normal capacity.

Having said that, we're already 2 weeks into a stated five to six week constraint, so it won't last that much longer.
