I was out yesterday but not on that stretch of 35. I was mostly on back roads around Jamestown. I don't try to engage anyone in any street racing. Racing is for the tracks.

So it seems today turned out to be a very nice day. Decided to do the old winter time clean up. I am actually waiting on my second and final coat of Zaino to dry right now and then we are all done. I finall got off the overspray on the rear bumper from the warranty repair work. What a pain in the rear end. But its 90% off... good enough for me! For 5600 miles I must say the car still looks very good. Only a few tiny stone chips and one scratch on one wheel. I got off all the crud from the rockers... YES my car does get some crud on it! I will post a pic after I get down and get it out of the garage!

Enjoy the rest of your sunday. After this we are going to go ride our horses. Kris wants to do that and I told her I would if she helped me with the car. She has been a very good helper today! What a wonderful wife!

Hey guys, this weekend meet up w/ a local enthusiast that just pickup this bad boy... I figure you guys like this car although it's not a Camaro.

Like always if any of you guys are interested on a shoot,send me a pm and we can get it done before the weather turns bad or schedule you up for next year.

I had the chance to drive Number 3's CTF Corvette Grand Sport convertible over Labor Day weekend but my mom didn't want to go all the way to Michigan "just to drive a car."

50% Just isn't worth it for me... I had the wifes envoy tinted 20% all around and then did the whole windshield 35% and have never been pulled over for it.. I'm putting 5% all around my black SS, so we will see what the police have to say about it....

I think it is funny when people are so worried about what the cops will do.... I have never been pulled over and given a ticket for window tint.. Maybe if you live in a little hick town and the cops have nothing better to do then i can see that. If you live in a big city or busy area then you have nothing to worry about with dark tint. I like the fact that people can't just look into my car.... It keeps nosey people and thieves out.... 5% for me

In a way, i agree with this guy. I have not run a front plate since I was 16 on any of my "nice" cars which have included but not limited to 94 Eclipse, 95 Talon TSi, 98 Eclipse GST, Integra GS, Miata, 00 Corvette, 04 RX~8, 07 Corvette, 89 IROC, 10 Camaro... How many times have been hassled in 15 years... 3. One ticket and two bs "you know 2 plates are required"... Yeah barney, thanks I got it. Secondly, most of my cars have been tinted well beyond the legal limit. The 2010 is 15% all around. Nothing on the windshield. Only complaint I have is backing at night. As far as the law goes, dont act like an asshat and the cops will probably leave you alone.

I have to disagree with one comment though. i live in a... how do you say.. HICK TOWN... and the cops have never had a problem with my windows or lack of front plate. Here is the last two. No plate and 15% tint.

5% is too dark, 50% is a waste of money. Don't worry about staying legal. no one will mess with you unless you are causing trouble. Like if you look like you are dealing drugs out of your car, they may hassle you. Otherwise, you will be fine. I'd suggest a 15%-25% tint on CGM.

With or with the Camaros... We are in for something. Maybe dinner or whatnot. Seems like a lot of new members, we need to get together around the first of the year...
