******** driver side enclosure (carpet cutting instructions)

Could someone PM me the link to the instructions for cutting the carpet on the driver side enclosure? I didn't realize I did not possess these instructions, and can find no link on the site, so from what I'm reading on here it's a link that you have to get from Steve...

my signal sounds muddy and the w7 isnt 1/10th of what it should be at 3ohm on a jl500/1 amp at full gain and jl recommend settings. The remote wire also keeps the amp on for 1 min after the car is killed and key out of the ign. The sub has a slight humm when there is no signal from the radio which worries me. I plugged in the rear speakers which were tan,dk blue and brown, brown n white. If i plug up one rca the sub hits harder than when both are hooked up..and the + and - is right.

Thanks

Thanks Troy

I was all set to do my install the day I found this link. I just had to add the matting too, so I just finished the install last night. You have me beat in total time start to finish by a long shot. It took me all night to do the matting last week (lots of breaks), then a week to recuperate before I started the install which took another 4 hours.
Thanks a ton for taking all the pictures. My camera had issues so none of mine came out after the first shot. I referred to several of yours to find a few of the holes I covered up.
I have to thank Steve@******** also for a great product. Everything went together great and it sounds awesome.

Thanks to FireWolff and TNT Audio for the sub grill. Betcha thought I'd never get that thing installed Eric Fact is I ordered all this stuff weeks before my car got here.
THANKS again everyone.

Those who have done the sound deadening- how much do I need to cover the trunk? Looking at the rattle trap product (80 mil), looks like I could get the trunk kit (about 22 sq ft) or move up to 50 sq ft. 50 seems like alot but I don't want to run out either.

Bucky, I used every inch of my 50' sq so I would recommend that...You have the same mindset as I did and I'm glad I got the 50'
