that was my plan yesterday... i failed as well. i am going to the gym today and tomorrow.... and maybe friday...

i lack serious motivation.

I'm right there with you BB. This past week was terrible on my diet, that's why I'm not going to start until the first of the year. I don't want to beat myself up too bad over the next month!

well i have been good at counting my calories even though i haven't been working out. i just know that come wednesday night that is all going out the window so i have to work out to compensate. i am good at going to the gym in the afternoon its just i cannot pry myself out of bed early to do it. i'm going to have to have my parents start waking me up.
