ARH + QTP + Stock mufflers w/ links

recorded with Fire on my iphone (built in mic), uploaded to FTP, downloaded and chopped with cooledit, linked here:

http://home.comcast.net/~bob.erica/garage.wav

This is just a test.
I'm pulling the car into the garage. The cutouts are open until the very end when I close them and goose it.
I'm waiting for the Blue Mikey, then I will link more. Stay tuned

I recorded this in July with a sure mic in a canon mini dv cam (don't leave the windscreen filter on it will cut out all the bass)
-final dyno run with cutouts open-

are you guys totally happy with your QTP cutouts. I am going to purchase the low profile cutouts for my 2ss with the controller, but i want to make sure that people are totally happy with a. the product, b. the sound, and c. the performance. Thanks for the help. Also where did you guys run the wiring to the controller or the switch. This is my other dilema.

You really should get the headers first.
Answers based primarily on the headers, I can't speak to the stock exhaust with cutouts

a. totally
b. totally
c. totally

if I were to do it again, I would get the toggle and save some cash. I have them open or closed, no need for the in between

What i did for the wires is as fallows this http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38977 But i did not remove the exhaust as a good shop can get it on from the inside and i did not remove the console, ones you remove the side part and the rear panel you have all the room you need, One more thing you need to remove the front seat so you can run the wires in front of the seat the is a channel in front of the seat to run the wires.

So 2ssrs it would be safe to say that you are happy with your qtp cutouts both sound and performance.

The Sound is so good that the dealer loves it, I have a service manager that loves camaros and any time i come in he wants to know what i have done to the car, so i showed him the QTP and he called the owner and all the service members over.

Then we played a small trick on 1 mechanic by living the cut out open to the preset of 1 and said there was an exhaust leak all the service guys and galls had a good time with it.

As for performance i cant tell as i use it for fun and have not dynoed it there is no dyno in the town i live in and the closest is LV so will let you know soon on that, And i have a set of ARH to put on so i don't think i will call and see what i have to do to put them on the headers next week.

So yes i am happy with your qtp cutouts
