Good for you - Aby and GTA. By the time you guys get to C5F, you'll be able to run the autocross faster than our cars !! I did 60 minutes of heavy cardio last night getting ready for BB boot camp. Stayin' healthy like you guys and girls.

Usually end up at 15 - 16. Next week I'm trying for 18... We'll see... Man it's hard work getting back into shape. there was a time when I'd run about 15 miles a week and swim about 2...

Now??? not so much...
18 miles a week is probably a really good goal. I'm probably going to aim for 16-18 myself. I'll use you for inspiration! We'll report in once in a while with each other okay? I could use someone to hold me accountable!

I'm proud of you too Bruce.....60 minutes of cardio is great for the heart and wonderful for burning the fat! Great job!

For me, I usually do 200 curls or so on each arm at about 60lbs, and 200 push ups, Mon., Wed., Fri., and Sundays. The other days, I usually do 200 crunches, and about 50 leg lifts at about 30 seconds a piece. I definitely want to get back into running.

It's always great to have someone doing it with you. Accountability makes it tough to "blow it off". You both will be in great shape come April. Plus GTA will need the extra muscle to put that supercharger on his ride. Aby's gettin' a little help from LPE.

Thanks. After today, I'm gonna need a lot more than 60 minutes...

Awwww......you just need to find some pretty lady to chase around!

I actually did good today, passed by all the mashed potatoes, stuffing, breads, broccoli & rice casserole, and the high carb stuff, until it was dessert time. I made a rum cake that I usually only make once a year.....I had too much of that!

That is excellent. Can never go wrong as long as you remain consistent.

Everyone going to C5F is gonna be ripped...

I put my name down as going, but things could change. If I go, I won't be racing. I'd take a truck and bring my bike.

Ok here's my real workout secret... I also work out here Mon Wed Fri....

http://www.thehitcenters.com

this place is awesome. Lots of College Football players in the southeast train here to get ready for the combine and some NFL players use them to get ready for training camp.

Aby,

Mileage accountability is a great Idea. We'll start next week. Every sunday morning we have to say how many miles we ran that previous week. Cool?

I am sure it will. It will be interesting to meet some people. Too bad I can't bracket race the bike vs the cars. I am also sure it will be fun.

Excellent. Was it "regular" rum or a little of the Captain ?

Made some caramel mashed potatoes here to go with the Thanksgiving feast. No one could turn them down - they are yummy !! We all plowed through ridiculous amounts of food, but then went out and rode dirt bikes for a couple of hours to burn a little off.

P.S. Aby - whether you call it "toned" or "ripped" you have IT...
