This is, of course, a good sign for everyone...including Chevy and Ford, really.

GM will win eventually, of course, but the competition will be fun while it lasts.

OK but the camaro has track tuned IRS as stated many times and it was tuned in nurburgring, so how is an IRS advancement tuned at nurburgring complaining about a few springs and sway bars on a solid axle and calling it unfair? get my point?

Ford = Win. they know when there loseing to one up the competition. a mustang with simular hp/tw ratings as the v6 maro, but lighter = the faster v6. now how will that v6 stang stack up against the Genesis coupe with track pack?
i wonder if ford will ever give the SHO motor to the stang, and upp the boost a wee bit?? 400+hp TT DI v6 in a light weight track packed stang, sounds like a plan to me.

Maybe....but there were a lot of folks that bought the 2004-2006 GTO's and it sure wasn't because of the looks.

For the record, I was one of those people.

Don't be so sure of that. GM already killed off the Camaro once.

True. And add Dodge in there too. Competition always benefits the consumer.

What I'm mostly trying to say is, if the V6 Mustang can have a performance package that borrows parts from the GT and GT500, wouldn't it be fair for the V6 Camaro to borrow parts in a performance package from a SS and Z/28?
Yes. Absolutely. But its not available. Sooooooooo....... thats that.

Wow Bold Moves indeed. Unless the GT ends up being one hell of a car I'll still go Camaro though... Looks alone help the Camaro's cause. One thing is for sure...this is a good thing for both brands. The Muscle Car wars are heating up!

I think ford did a good thing changing the front end (looks more agressive) but I dont care for the puckered looking rear end lol. Kinda looks like its straining.
