Pretty much everything has to do with dealer allocation. The order date is pretty meaningless. I was told by the dealership that they were receiving allocation weekly. Then I was told in July that the Oshawa plant shut down for vacations, then I was told in Sept that there were production/engine problems "constraints" with 2LT and 2SS's. Not sure why my order didn't move until 11/17 though - the dealership claims they don't know either. I provided my salesman with the info from camarotracking when I moved from 1100 to 3000. Did you test drive one before ordering?

Nope, the only one they had was the pace car from the Richmond race in May. I went back a week later and a CGM was in the garage being supercharged, striped and tinted. They let me sit in it and start it up. That's when I decided on a V8 for sure over a V6 even though it will be my everyday car - rain or shine. Peace out, leaving work going home to catch the 4th quarter.. Lori

I have been @ 1100 Since 9/21/09. You haven't been waiting that long.

he is lying... once a car starts moving down the line it will be completed in, I think I heard, about one shift.. just because your TPW is the 14th it dees not mean it will start down the line on the 14th, it really could start down the line any day during that week.. or another week, because that is just the TARGET week.
After that it is a matter of arranging shipping, routing and such to get it to your dealer.. and that time varies according to distance, method of shipping and how many stops along the way it makes.
