671 rwhp from LS3 with 8.4 psi of boost and EPP Blower Cam
![]() LS3 with long tube headers and exhaust, our EPP blower cam, and 8.4 psi of boost from an ATI ProCharger D-1SC. Keep in mind this is rear wheel horsepower, and is from our conservative Mustang Chassis Dyno. This was with a lot of timing being pulled out of it, as it is a stock bottom end. Bob |

Sorry ... I gotta call
on that one.I can believe flywheel HP but not RWHP. If that were accurate, than that car should run 10.20s @ 130 MPH at 4000lbs Bring back a time slip. There's just too many of these out there making similar numbers and yours is 15-20% higher than everyone elses??? That must be one "magic" camshaft.

The dyno graph is shown above.
Thanks, 93 octane. Thanks. Thanks! We used a Kenne Bell Boost A Pump. ![]() The above dyno graph shows the same thing. It is indeed rear wheel horsepower. The dyno graph above is from a Cadillac CTS-V that has also been on another chassis dyno. It gave similar results on the other dyno and to date is the highest recorded horsepower they have had on thier dyno. Here is a link to this CTS-V. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=29 We started with a new LS2 block on the above CTS-V, added a 4.00" stroker crankshaft, the same EPP camshaft, off the shelf AFR 225 heads, and a FAST 92 intake manifold. We used a ProCharger F-1A. Thanks, I appreciate it. Quote:

Thanks, but this is a Corvette. Same basic type of drivetrain losses as it also has an IRS rear. Quote:
Thanks, I know you've made a lot of power with these engines too. This is from an 2008 LS3 Corvette, so the drivetrain losses should be about the same as in the new Camaro. Here is a link to this Corvette. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=59 Bob Last edited by Exotic Performance Plus; 12-03-2009 at 06:55 AM. |
