I just noticed there's only three control buttons on the driverside door maybe one button for both rear quarter windows.

I noticed those buttons on the drivers door too... And there is plenty of room on that steering wheel to fit my radio controls!

I read somewheres that the actual "high beam" light will be in the middle of the speedo. and the light symbol in the middle is just indicating that your lights are on.

Yeah most of them have that onboard diagnostic thing. Or the check gauges light. I just think it would be cool for the gauge itself to light up different when it gets too hot, runs empty on gas, has zero oil pressure(uh oh...), etc. Then your vision would divert directly to the gauge and you could react quicker to an overheat, etc. I think it would help keeping you from looking at your dash trying to figure out which gauge to check, especially in a high performance vehicle that you'll probably be driving pretty fast. My '87 RX-7 had a really annoying buzzer that would go off nonstop when you redlined it or the temprature got too hot. It needed it, those things were notorious for blowing heater hoses right off of them. Definitely woke you up and made you pay attention. Damn that was a fun car to drive though.
