We just got snow that stuck around yesterday here in MN. And there was some on the road, but not much. Well I was on a 2 lane highway going 60 and a semi going the other way going 60 (probably - limit was 55) and a giant chunk of slush falls off from behind one of his wheels (it collects on the mud flaps) and nails my car right below the license plate.

There's now a crack in my front fascia and the lower grill on the drivers side is pushed back. Needless to say - I'm a bit upset over the whole thing

Horrible timing for the slush to fall off. Of all the cars to hit....sorry to hear....

Edit: Hold on....that's not a Camaro. In that case.....who cares.....just kidding. Still sorry. :(

wow....thats what i fear, all the ice slabs, slush rocks from the tire area, idiotic drivers who brake late oh the list goes on.

Thanks, I guess I'll have to take it to the dealer tomorrow morning to see if it can be repaired or if I have to buy a whole new one. I hope they can repair it because a new one probably costs over 1k and with it not being made anymore it'll probably take a month to get.

I don't think the front license plate caused the crack - though I suppose it could have if the chunk hit the plate and the plate put all the pressure at that one point. Either way - it's law here, I've been pulled over too many times for not having it.
