I just got my new fender emblems in yesterday and I am going to start the black out project on the trim rings and fender emblems today...
 I will post pictures when I get everything done...

Wow that's really dark. I think I'm gonna go with a smoke on the lights themselves. Are those overlays, paint or covers? Nice work though!

I think the black bezel looks good on all color cars. much better than the chrome.

Just painted my tail light trim rings. I ended up using semi-gloss paint. It has just that small amount of shine to it that makes it looks like all the other black plastic trim on the car. I think it came out pretty good. Here's a couple before, during and after pics.
