Hey MWS, you know anything about that hog hunting in Texas?
I heard a Yankee could go down there during the winter and take a few of them hogs?

Hogs are a problem everywhere, even in Junkies neck of the woods. Most ranchers will let you shoot as many as you want, hell they might throw in the ammo. That .50 and some high ground would make for a fun time.

I know a bunch of Yankees that are wanting to come down there and "harvest" a few.
I actually found a "Texas Hog Hunting" website and forum today!

Thanks everyone for all the great feedback. Since everyone is so curious about my rearend, yes, it is the 3.70 gear. As Windy and MWS already stated, I believe it will give a better launch for the 1/4 mile, and in the M6 make 6th gear much more useable.
I think that the 3.70 gear will be optimal for the M6 also, but I will let you know when I get the car back. The good thing about having 2 LPE 650's is that we will be able to compare and see.

I think he has forgotten more about this transision than most people will ever know!
I think any problems in the new Camaro's has been purely by chance. I haven't ran mine with the drag slicks yet. But I have faith.
Several months ago, when I had the clutch pack upgrade done on mine, Rodney was talking about an upgraded shaft. But, I believe his concern was with the mid-shaft in the trans. They have put 1000 HP through these transmissions without fail.
Lingy popped their half shafts first thing on their car. I didn't have much faith in the stockers, thus the upgrade to The Driveshaft Shops 1000 HP shafts.
By the way, through a little intuition and then mathematical backing from Kevin at Lingenfelter,(via the engineer fairy) it is my belief that the 3.70 gear is THE gear for the auto trans car.
The most bang for the buck! All the advantages without over sacrificing top end or mileage.
Windy, has anyone found the Nitto 555R 275/40/20 DR's to not be effective enough for an LS3 LPE650? I saw a thread where guys are putting 305/35/20's on stock rims - looks nice, but not sure about safety and tread pattern wear. There's a thread on it, but not car versus power specific.

Running? Man you are hardcore to do it in the rain. We had one of our famous sand storms here today averaged thirty mph with gusts to 65. Hey you could exercise and get a dermaplast all at the same time. LOL
I ought to sell this...we could get the Shamwow guy to do an infomercial.

Wish we all would have met up in Vegas, would have given new meaning to "interest in your rear end!"

Sorry RS, can't help myself!

I will ask some ranchers I know and let you know. They will also let you tag any Coytes or mountain lions you see.

I went with the Mickey Thompson Drag Radials. I have a set of Nitto All Terrains on my F250 and I can't say I am happy with them. Really don't care for them in the snow at all.
I haven't heard of anyone complaining about the Nittos, but I am not sure if they have anything to compare too.
MT has been around so long, and proven, it's hard not to like em!
John at CCW felt they were the way to go, and that's like Tiger Woods recommending a driver! (or a cocktail waitress)
