I love them

You can tell just how WELL they work by tapping on the area of the trunk that has the tile and then tapping on an area of the trunk without them, it's amazing.

The JL Audio 500/1 amp is 500 watts RMS of clean power between 1.5 and 4 ohms.

New pic of the amp rack added to the end of the first post. Still thinking of what I could put on the window as far as decals. Perhaps a bowtie, a red RS emblem, or "Camaro" in cursive? I would add it to the bottom right of the window so it doesn't take away from the rest of the amp.

Good thing you won the SecondSkin products, Ant (short for anthony, the owner) would never get my money. He's a bit of an arrogant guy, lol, to say the least.

Otherwise, that looks really good. That's gotta sound good too. Why hide the knob behind the key though?

It's not really hidden, it's just out of the way, and to be honest I think it was the absolute perfect spot for it. It's in perfect arms reach from you and can't get broken on accident or knocked out of place.

I agree, that is where mine will be installed Monday. Had already planned it that way.

To all those who were curious about the sound quality of my install, specifically regarding the w6's box requirement. I am extremely happy, the internal volume of the box was perfect.

Do not be afraid of going with the 10" W6 it gets PLENTY rowdy... just make sure you buy a bass knob

Cheers.

I installed a similar setup only I installed the JL Bass knob in the center storage compartment. I just couldn't convince myself to drill a hole in the dash.
